CONSISTENCY CALENDAR

A race, an exam, a savings target, a life event — turn it into a private, gamified execution calendar with a real plan, daily habits, streaks and progress charts.

“Never compensate — just resume.” Built for 80% over months, not perfect streaks.

How it works

STEP 1

Connect

Add Consistency Calendar to Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot — one URL, below. Free.

STEP 2

Talk

Say what you're aiming at. Your assistant interviews you, then builds an evidence-based plan — phases, sessions, habits, budgets.

STEP 3

Execute

You get a private calendar link. Tick sessions, keep streaks, watch the charts. When life happens, ask your assistant to revise the plan — your history survives.

Connect it

The server URL

https://consistencycalendar.com/mcp

Claude (claude.ai / desktop): Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the URL.
Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http consistency-calendar https://consistencycalendar.com/mcp
ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors (developer mode) → add remote MCP server.
Copilot / others: any MCP-capable client works — paste the same URL (or bridge with npx mcp-remote https://consistencycalendar.com/mcp).

Then try:

I want to run my first half-marathon on March 22nd. I can train 4 days a week and I want to sort my sleep out while I'm at it. Build me a consistency calendar.

What you get

Built on the evidence

Every mechanic in Consistency Calendar maps to published behavioural science — and the plan compiler enforces it, so an enthusiastic AI can't hand you a plan that ignores it. Read the research:

Habits

Implementation intentions

The if-then planning technique that roughly doubles follow-through (Gollwitzer & Sheeran).

Habits

The 66-day reality

Habits take ~10 weeks, not 21 days — and missing one day doesn't break them (Lally et al.).

Tracking

Why tracking works

Monitoring goal progress reliably improves attainment across 138 trials (Harkin et al.).

Consistency

Streaks break people

Why 80% beats perfection, and how “emergency reserves” sustain persistence (Sharif & Shu).

Questions

Which AI assistants does it work with?

Any client that supports remote MCP servers: Claude (claude.ai, desktop, Claude Code), ChatGPT with connectors/developer mode, Microsoft Copilot, Cursor and others. You connect it once with one URL, then just talk about your goal.

Is my calendar private?

Yes. Each calendar lives at an unguessable capability link that only you receive, and it never appears in search or listings. Progress auto-saves to the cloud with daily snapshots kept for about 13 months, and you can export or delete everything at any time.

What happens when life gets in the way?

That's the point of the product. Drag sessions to other days, or ask your assistant to revise the plan — injury, moved exam date, changed availability. Your ticks and history survive every revision, and the score that matters is your rolling 28-day execution percentage, not an unbroken streak.

What does it cost?

Creating a calendar and tracking on it are free, including two AI plan revisions. A one-off Sprint Pass (£7) will unlock unlimited revisions for a calendar, and a Pro subscription (£4/month) adds multiple calendars and shared duo sprints — both launching soon.

Is this medical, coaching or financial advice?

No. Consistency Calendar schedules behaviour using published consensus (rest days, tapers, spaced study, conservative pacing) and refuses unsafe plans, but it is a planning and tracking tool. Check ambitious training, health or money changes with a professional.
